Since the park opened in 1955, the name synonymous with family fun has been Disneyland® Park.     Part of the Disneyland® Resort's 2001 expansion, the DOWNTOWN DISNEY® DISTRICT is an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment promenade that connects the theme parks and hotels of the resort. Things to do at the complex include bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes, dining at Tortilla Jo's Restaurant, and music at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen - Flambeaux's Jazz Club. Admission to the DOWNTOWN DISNEY® DISTRICT is free, and hours vary by individual business.

    Yes, you can! Eating a meal with your favorite Disney® characters is an unforgettable experience for any family. Character dining is available in Disneyland® Park and in each of the Disneyland® Resort's hotels. Inside the Disneyland® Park, the Plaza Inn offers a buffet breakfast with Minnie & friends.
