To Our Del Sol Inn Family:

Your well-being remains our highest priority. We want to assure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely and taking proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. 

We remain committed to upholding the highest quality of standards and remain vigilant with our cleaning and disinfecting procedures in order to provide you with the ultimate in hospitality and service in the same manner you have become accustomed to.  

The below precautionary measures have been implemented in order to give our guests peace of mind during what we know is a very difficult time to travel.
  • Our housekeeping department uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guest depart and before the next guest arrives, paying particular attention to disinfect high touchpoints, including items switch panels, remote controls, faucets, doorknobs, and handrails—throughout the hotel.
  • We have added hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel for guests and staff.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning public spaces, including the front desk, the concierge desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys.

    As of the Announcement on March 12th 2020 by Disney, Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure Park are temporarily closed. (See announcement here).  The situation is very fluid, and we will communicate any changes made by Disney as soon as they are announced.

    To provide flexibility to our guests with travel plans, Del Sol Inn is waiving cancellation fees for individual reservations checking in through April 19th. In addition, we are providing full refunds for all Advance Purchase & Non-Refundable reservations directly made with Del Sol Inn for stays through April 19th. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. Please Note:  This policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. Our Cancellation Policy for reservations arriving After April 19th remains the same, 48 hours prior to arrival date (excludes non-refundable reservations and 3rd party reservations).

    We encourage all guests and staff to continue to take standard precautions, including frequent hand washing and covering coughs and sneezes, to prevent the spread of flu-like illness.
